We only collect information you choose to give us. The enquiry form on this website runs in your browser and opens WhatsApp with your message ready to send — nothing is submitted to this website itself, and we receive your enquiry only if you send it on WhatsApp.

If you contact us by telephone or WhatsApp, we hold whatever details you share in that conversation.

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used — pages visited, device type and approximate region. This involves cookies set by Google. We do not use advertising cookies and do not track you across other websites.

How we use it

Your details are used for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to carry out the legal work you instruct. We do not use your information for marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Confidentiality

Communications with an advocate are treated as confidential. Please note, however, that submitting an enquiry through this website does not by itself create an advocate–client relationship, and you should not send sensitive or privileged material until that relationship has been confirmed in writing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to instructions are retained only for as long as needed to deal with them. Where we are formally instructed, client records are retained for the period required by professional and statutory obligations.
